Provided design and permitting services for the establishment of an 89 lot subdivision. Environmental services included the preparation of the Full Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) in accordance with SEQRA and DEC Water Supply permit.
Provided site design and engineering services for the formation of the Town of Florida Water and Sewer Districts Extension No. 1, subdivision approvals and for the preparation of site plan drawings including grading plan and utility plan. Also prepared the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and erosion and sediment control construction detail drawings.
Prepared engineering plans and application materials along with presentations to the Town Planning Board for subdivision and site plan approvals.

A new concrete slope was formed with reinforced rebar epoxy drilled into the existing concrete slope. Work included all patchwork and filling of holes and voids prior to the new concrete pour.
